What are Glossypoints?

Glossypoints are so-called loyalty points. With every purchase on Glossyking.ch you collect Glossypoints. The number of points is individual and varies from product to product. Glossypoints are only given to end customers and are not valid for resellers.

How do i redeem my Glossypoints ein?

Glossypoints have been available since 3th March 2020. How many Glossypoints you have already collected, can you see in your customer account.

When placing an order you can redeem your existing Glossypoints and have them credited to the purchase price.

A payout of your Glossypoints or exchange into cash is not possible. Glossypoints can only be redeemed on our website.

How do I get Glossypoints?

For each successfully completed order, you will receive glossypoints, which will be available for your next order.

Are Glossypoints transferable?

No, glossypoints are not transferable and cannot be cumulated with other customer accounts.

What happens if I change my order?

If you cancel or change your order, the Glossypoints will be recalculated accordingly. Example: If an order is cancelled, the Glossypoints you received for that order will also be cancelled from your account.

Where can I find my Glossypoints?

You will find an overview of your Glossypoints in your customer account under "Glossypoints".
