Terms and conditions

1 Scope
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") apply to all legal transactions (all orders) that you have concluded with the online shop www.glossyking.ch (hereinafter: "online shop"). The General Terms and Conditions at the time of your order apply.

The range of goods offered in our online shop is aimed exclusively at buyers who have reached the age of 18. With your order you confirm the compliance with these legal regulations.

The online shop reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. Our deliveries and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these GTC. The General Terms and Conditions shall therefore also apply to companies for all future business relations, even if they are not expressly agreed again. The inclusion of general terms and conditions of a customer, which contradict our general terms and conditions, is contradicted already now.

The contract language is exclusively German.

The range of products and services in the online shop, including in the dealer program, is aimed exclusively at customers with their place of residence or company headquarters in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Shipping is exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

2 Information
2.1 Product and prices
The information about the products in the online shop is not binding. The information provided by the manufacturer is authoritative if it is valid in Switzerland.
The prices quoted to the product pages include the statutory VAT and do not include the respective shipping costs. Further information on shipping costs can be found on our online shop under "Shipping information".
The online shop reserves the right to change the prices of the products and services offered at any time.

2.2 Availability and delivery time
All information on availability and delivery time are without guarantee and my change at any time.

3 Contract conclusion
The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a sales contract. It is rather a non-binding invitation to order goods in the online shop.
The product and prices in the online shop apply as an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the conditions of an inability to deliver or an incorrect price quoation that dissolves the contract.

By clicking the button ["Confirm Order"] in the online shop, you submit a binding purchase offer; this also applies to e-mail orders.

After receipt of the online order you will receive an automatically generated e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. This confirmation of receipt does not yet represent an acceptance of your purchase offer. A contract is not yet concluded by the confirmation of receipt. The receipt of this confirmation of receipt does not contain any promise that the product can actually be delivered.

A sales contract for the goods is only concluded when we expressly declare acceptance of the purchase offer (order confirmation) or when we send the goods to you - without prior express declaration of acceptance.

4 Delivery Date
If the online shop or the supplier / manufacturer is in default of delivery, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract from the 14th calendar day since the originally announced delivery date. In this case, the online shop will immediately refund to the customer any amounts paid in advance. There are no further claims against the online shop. We do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered goods.

5 Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address you specify. The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price. The delivery address must be in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

6 Damage in transit / check obligation

Delivery goods must be checked immediately after receipt for correctness, completeness and transport damage.
If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain such errors immediately to the deliverer and contact us as soon as possible.

Incorrect deliveries, delivery damage or incomplete deliveries must be reported to the online shop immediately, at the latest within 5 calendar days from the time of delivery.
Reports must be entered in your customer account in the online shop under the heading "Returns". Avoid damage and contamination. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accesssories and with all packing components.

Returns shall be made at the expense and risk of the customer, originally packed, complete with all accessories with the delivery note to the address in the imprint.

7 Return and Refund Policy
Returns must be announced over the return form before. Any returns must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
The customer is granted a right of withdrawal during 10 calendar days after receipt of the goods. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the customer sends the written revocation by online return form.

The exercise of the right of revocation leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods within 10 calendar days in original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the invoice to the address in the imprint.

Returns are made at the expense and risk of the customer. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days if the online shop has already received the goods back.

The online shop reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price already paid or to charge it to the customer.

8 Additional provisions for used goods
For products that have already been opened or used, due to returns, incorrect delivery or demonstration product, different provisions apply.
The customer is aware that this is a used product, which the online shop rejects any liability.

9 Disclaimer
The online shop is in no case liable for slight negligence, consequential damages and indirect and incidental damages.
The online shop is also not liable for improper storage or use of the products.

10 Payment
The payment is optionally made by: Prepayment invoice, credit card, Paypal.
The selection of the available payment methods is up to us. In particular, we reserve the right to offer you only selected payment methods for payment, for example only prepayment to hedge our credit risk.

If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 5 days after receipt of the order confirmation. The delivery takes place after receipt of the payment.
When paying by credit card, the purchase price at the time of the order is valid. The actual charge to your credit card account is made at the time we ship the goods to you.

If you fall behind with a payment, the online shop allows itself to stop further deliveries of products. For the first reminder we charge an administrative fee of CHF 5.00 and for the second reminder an administrative fee of CHF 20.00. In the event of unsuccessful reminders, the invoice amounts may be assigned to a Company commissioned with collection. The company commissioned with the collection will claim the outstanding amounts in its own name and on its own account and may charge additional processing fees.

The online shop only accepts the currency in Swiss francs (CHF).

11 Privacy
The privacy policy under Privacy Policy is part of our General Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer accepts our privacy policy.

12 Place of jurisdiction
Contracts between the online shop and you are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is our place of business.
